Featuring over 900 sq. ft. of massive terraces, this is a luxurious indoor/outdoor home that is the most unique property on the market in Chelsea today. Sad news that Macy’s Brooklyn on Fulton Street is closing. The original location of Abraham and Strauss. It is a building with a storied past. Part of a 30% reduction in the retail footprint of the Macy’s chain, which recently rejected a $6.9 billion buyout offer. It was reportedly sold at the fire sale price of $23 million dollars to a group of investors, with Thor equities recently buying a position according to the New York Post. Truly the end of an era in the shaping of Downtown Brooklyn.
